Hey! After looking up the order associated with your email address we found that access was granted to your provided TradingView username, "hottstuffllc21" roughly 3 hours after your initial subscription purchase on 11/7/22. Once access was granted an automated email was sent to you as confirmation.
Shortly after on 11/25/22 we received the following email from your provided address:
"I still don't have service
Account # 2992
Tradingview name is Hotstuff"
To which our team responded on 11/25/22 with:
"Hello,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like the original TradingView username we received for your order was “hottstuffllc21”, which is the account we granted access to.
We’ve just switched over your access to the account, “hotstuff”. We’ve also gone ahead and reset your billing cycle such that it begins today and will now renew on 2/25/2023.

We have not received any further inquiries from that email address since. However, if the updated account that access has been granted to since 11/25/22, "hotstuff" is actually not your correct TradingView account and you have not been able to access the software since then, we would of course be willing to provide a refund for the orders placed during that time. Simply send an email over to help@boost-signals.com detailing the situation and we'll do our best to get this resolved for you.
