I ordered shoes

I ordered shoes, and they are wonderful! The quality of the materials is noticeable right away, comfy insoles and good arch support. They look stylish and match many outfits. BTW, I'm really grateful for the professional approach.

I love this company

I love this company. The quality is good and up to date. Lot of different items. So far customer service is great. Lot of communciation.

Long delivery time

I still do not have the order that was placed on 6/1, apparently it didn’t ship till 6/10, coming from China, I did not know that this would be the source. It is a very long delivery window.

Ordered two scarves (early 2025

Ordered two scarves (early 2025, it’s now mid 2026). Never received them. Contacted them the only way possible, via their website. Heard nothing ever. I’ve given up. BUT I will STAY AWAY FROM BOOTS AND BAGS HEAVEN FOREVER.

Colors were not even close to what I…

Colors were not even close to what I ordered. No way to find where to return and get a refund. A whole lot of ads and very little that I can do on my cell phone to navigate. This is a poor product and I do not recommend it to anyone!

Nothing wrong with product

Nothing wrong with product, I just thought it was advertised as having a claw clip and it did not.
My second purchase. Love the first. Will purchase again. Just can't use this particular piece due to length of my hair right now.

Easy to order, shipping time as promised.
