altogether my experience with booty bands was good, i ordered the barbell lite and although it arrived much later than expected based on the shipping information provided on the website, the item itself is of great quality and really cute. when it arrived it came with different barbell clamps than were advertised in the photos online, the ones i received initially where metal, but when i reached out to the company they stated this was because they had received some complaints about the black ones. they resolved this issue and sent me the black ones as well; i haven’t experienced any issues with the black clamps so far. customer service replied quickly and overall, i love the quality and look of my barbell.

Booty bands has help me with stress and to cope with people saying negative things about me. I have struggled with negativity just about all my life. I throw myself in the booty bands workouts and I deal by working out and walking and whatever other workouts I can do. I want so badly to look good in front of my husband, I also do this for my health, I do this for my kids. I really like the community and my booty buddy. Booty bands has an amazing customer service team. When I was concerned about the shipment time, they answered the phone right away with clear and kind responses. The full barbell set came in a few days later and I was so beyond impressed. For starters, the COLORS! Working out isn’t always fun, but when you feel like Barbie… anything is possible. This set upgraded my home gym to the next level. Now instead of only focusing on cardio and body weight movements, I can sculpt my body with heavier weights. I was so sore the next day that I could hardly walk, in a good way!

If you’re not used to weight lifting like me, I ordered easier clips on Amazon. They snap down rather than having to pry open the clips the set comes with. Also, I ordered wrists/hand straps to help me grip the bar easier and support my wrists… also Amazon! Both were super cheap, but really added to the experience and made working out a lot more comfortable for someone on the smaller size.

Only thing I need now is the hot pink booty bands shoulder pad! That will be my next purchase as I start to increase the intensity of my weight lifting. I haven’t yet purchased a booty band yet, but I have an old band that I used to use in dance… that works great for now! Shoulder pad is more necessary in my opinion to protect my hips and shoulders.

Overall… SO happy! I feel like I can do anything when I’m lifting this barbell set. It looks amazing in my room, it’s easy to use, and I am super impressed with the quality and versatility. I’ve been using the smaller weight plates for other workouts too… the possibilities are endless!

I bought the barb bell and weight set during the pandemic when anything workout related was hard to come by. I was using laundry detergent for my home workouts!
I absolutely LOVE them and they were exactly what I needed. I use them with the dumb bell to create heavier weight but also alone - I just hold the weights themselves. I bought the extra weight but I really didn't need it. This set is everything you need. Fun colors too!

I have dealt with years of struggling with my weight, however, I was truly inspired on my call today. I feel confident, I'm up for the challenge and can't wait for the transformation to begin. Very encouraging call!!

Wonderful amazing customer service! Needed barbell clip replacements and although my order was outdated they made an exception and sent them to me free of charge!! What a great business to associate with! A company made by women for women!!

The order was not shipped as stated. Only automated responses when inquiring. Ignored the email to cancel the order since it had not shipped yet.

Booty bands is a great product and a company with great customer service. I love the thin barbell. It's perfect for me. Not like the big bulky ones at the gym. Any questions I ever had, the team always answered promptly and so pleasant. Great job Ladies!

Poor customer service . I bought a barbell set. I received all items except the barbell clips . I had to send pictures of what I received first to show no bar bell clips were there. They then sent a cheap substitute for the bar bell Clips that were purchased and shown in the picture of items purchased . No response from them afterwards to get the correct bar bell clips I was supposed to have received No response from e mail,voice mail or texts
Do not expect any help from customer service and watch out for the cheap substitutes you may receive instead of what you ordered

They have been giving me the run around about my order and won't bother replying. I only received half of my order and the rest they haven't bothered shipping or refunding me. This was Jan. 31 and it is now Mar. 8. I didn't think this would be the type of review I would be leaving as I was excited and looking forward to their products but will never be buying from them and will be disputing with my bank for the rest of my order

I had a small issue with not getting the right clamps but it was easily resolved very quick and it was a pleasant experience again to do business with Booty Bands customer service is above and beyond

I started with Booty bands in 2019 and Never ever thought I could have a booty or curves at that, and since then I have gained so much confidence and for the first time ever I actually feel beautiful and attractive. Staying consistent does matter if it’s only 10 mins or 40 mins it definitely pays off 😊. Be patient with yourself and don’t give up!

My call with Danita was awesome. She was very kind and help me get some goals in place to start my journey. She also cares to see how it’s going and wants to check back in, in a week or two to see how it’s been working so far, which I like. She helped explain everything very well. I’m so excited to start my journey with her!

Booty Bands has help me transformation in many ways. They have workouts in the App that lead you through correct form. They also have fitness challenges that are remarkable!
When I saw the #newyearbetteryou challenge I decided to take a chance and try it. I am beyond grateful that I did. Being a member of a community of women supporting each other daily and lifting each other up was my first transformation. The accountability of nightly live sessions, seeing friends from around the globe putting their health and mine first for 30 minutes helped make this become a healthy habit which was transformation

Another transformation was nutritionally. No longer am I restricting and starving but instead am being proactive in my meal prepping upping my protein intake from Day 1 to Day 30. Something finally clicked as to why protein is important.
Finally, I see transformations in my body as well which was what I thought would be my main transformation. In all reality, this challenge was a lifestyle changing transformation. The Booty Bands protein, multi vitamin, and hormone replacement work hand in hand with nutrition!
Finally I also see transitions I. My body as I use the bands and barbells daily. They are easy to switch weights and bands. Definitely worth the cost!
