I ordered a bottle of whiskey from Boozeit, who claim fast delivery. Their delivery partner sent an email saying the parcel would arrive on the 2nd Feb 2026, they then changed this to the 30th Jan 2926. The person receiving the parcel WAS home but could not get to the intercom fast enough as the delivery person rung the doorbell once and left in a hurry!
Now he is to go pick up his parcel even though I paid for delivery - very sloppy. I won’t be using this company again, and do not recommend it.

Disgraceful. Ordered the product a couple of weeks ahead of cut off as it was showing as available. Paid more than I needed too as it was available. Had to chase up where the delivery was
Only to be told I won’t get it in time for Xmas as I had missed there cut off. 5 of the 7 provided without boxed. 0/5 would not recommend

The ordering was fine but the delivery is absolutely a joke. They sent my package to SA! I doubled checked the address of mine and it was correct. I sent the customer service team an email and went “how did this get messed up” and they replied that yes they mixed it up and they will investigate it. They will “retrieve” and expedite the package once they get it from the incorrect address which may NEVER happen! Those people got free drinks! So I am to sit around after THIER MISTAKE for my drinks. Absolutely a joke seriously. If you’re not in NSW don’t buy from them and have it delivered you may never see it! Just pick them up if you ARE in NSW.
