Love the products. I've had more expensive down coats than these and the quality is exactly the same.
A coat I ordered for my grandaughter developed a problem and the customer service was excellent. Sorted within a day.
I will definitely purchase again.

Great quality. But sizing a bit confusing

Nice product and sizing 'mostly' true but sleeves are short compared to other mfrs.

I had a very good in-store shopping experience at Bosideng. I was planning to buy a winter puffer but was very indecisive in choosing what to purchase. The staff, Yvonne, helped me with clarifying my questions, guiding me to the product location and the ice room, and assisting me the entire time. She was really friendly and patient.

My order has now arrived, but I am extremely disappointed with the product and the experience I have had with your company.
I understood from the product images and description on your website that the coat came with both a brown belt and the blue rope belt. However, my order has arrived with only the blue rope belt. I therefore feel that the product has not been advertised or represented clearly and there is a discrepancy and false representation of what you get.
Also, earlier this week I emailed regarding my WELCOME10 discount code not being accepted. I was told that the code could not be used on sale items, despite the item I was purchasing not being on sale and me sending a screenshot of the coat which was from the Areal range. Again, very misleading.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience so far. I had been looking forward to trying your brand.

Hi, Bosideng saying if you order on Weekend your itmes will ship out on following Monday . In Uk shipping time 1-3 days . I ordered a jacket £ 187 it’s very high cost for me and so stressful no shiping update or message .. I ordered on Sunday and today is Thursday .. four days and no any email and shopify also showing it’s not shipped out .. they not keeping the 1-3 days . I know quality is good I have bosidering jacket from a personal shopping two years ago in Oxford street . But now I am not happy and stressed .. hope I will get my item or money back . Went to the outlet on Bond Street. Great quality coats, very stylish, good price given the quality. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Especially Yvonne who walked us through the different collections

Specialists in down with a near 50 year history gave me confidence they know what they are talking about. Thousands of stores in China but little known in the UK - the brand remains a real gem for those that discover it.

They have a flagship store just by Bond St station - which has 4 floors and endless choice of styles. Ultralight basics right the way through to jackets you could wear climbing Everest!
They even have a SnowRoom where you can try before you buy in an environment set to -15c.

All the team are super helpful, and definitely experts in their knowledge of down. After trying on many different styles - I settled on a Waterproof Trench with a down layer that can be removed - meaning all year round wear.

Definitely check them out and pop into the store if you get the chance!

I’m really impressed with the quality of the jacket I purchased from Bosideng. The materials feel premium, the design is both stylish and functional, and it kept me perfectly warm even in cold, windy weather.
Customer service was also outstanding – responsive, polite, and very helpful when I had a delivery question.

Went to the store at Bond Street, the service is good and found beautiful UV jacket which is perfect for the weather now

I am absolutely appalled at the jacket that I received. I ordered women's patterened long down coat with belt forth £324 pounds from Bosideng London. It was in an appaling state. I was so excited to open and did it with my colleagues. As soon as I opened it, I noted dirty black lines in the collar. I thought fine Ill request for an exchange. I came back home. I thought I'd try it for a fit check, then I found few more dirty spots. As I was unjipping the coat, I found a torn area. The nail in the coffin was the magenetic security tag that's still on the jacket. I do most of my shopping online these days, but I have never found such a state of clothing sent no less with a security tag. What level of carelessness is it? I wanted to put my trust in chinese brand. But this bitter experience has sealed my opinion on them forever and not in a nice way. I wish I could add some photos. I had initially done a request for an exchange but want to return it and never buy anything from this shop.

Excellent Service staff were very helpful and polite I visited the South Molton Street branch in London shop was very clean and presentable. I liked the idea of the cold room first time I have seen that in a shop interesting experience. Last I like to thank Steven, Farrah and Greg for outstanding service.

The shopping experience was excellent. Before making my choice, I received great advice which helped me make the purchase. I received the jacket in the US within two days, very quickly and efficiently. The size was perfect; I took the suggested measurements and it fit just right. I would recommend it and would definitely buy again.

Essentially no option to exchange or return for their online store. Shockingly slow response from customer service, only to be told eventually that there is no option to return my item.
