I emailed Bound Apparel around 10/11pm last night and I received an email back within the hour! I was so shocked. I was having difficulty with my tracking and Ruby so kindly helped me figure out what was going on. She was so sweet and understanding and replied to my emails super quick and with such kind words! It was amazing customer service, she actually cared about what you had to say… unlike other companies who just reply with AI these days.

I really appreciate all the help she gave me and I would 100% recommend to purchase from Bound and can’t wait to put in my next order ☺️

I got a zippy from bound apparel & ordered the wrong size 🙈.

There was no need to worry as I got on to customer service & dealt with the most pleasant girl called Ruby ,wow she could not have been more helpful .
Guided me to just do an exchange rather than return it & re order & had it out to me on a matter of days .

Could not recommend Bound Apparel enough , LOVE my zippy( so comfy ) & will be purchasing more asap.

The quality of the clothes is absolutely top notch. I wanted to exchange my track pants and there was amazing customer service from Ruby with quick replies and being so kind and helpful. All packages are delivered within days so there is definitely no waiting around. Overall I had an amazing experience with the company and would definitely purchase from them again, so worth it!
