Fire brigade from Paris have a collaboration with Casio G shock so they sell a Casio watch with fire brigade logo on it, the watch is only 300 pieces made.
I bought the watch from their web site on 17 of November and they suppose to deliver it in Denmark. Today 12 of December I don't have the watch or at least a tracking number. If I email them they answer in 2-3 days, and they told me to wait more because they have many orders and they cannot process them faster. After 2 weeks since purchased they told me to wait that they receive new stock and they will send it by the end of week. End of week arrived but not my watch, no email, no tracking number, no excuses nothing.
They are terrible sellers. They answer really hard, I received 2 emails in 3 weeks, each time on my initiative after I asked about where my product is.
From France to Denmark in 3 weeks since payment and order was done they didn't send the watch, they didn't provide me tracking number, they didn't sorry about , they only answer to my email twice and each time in 10 words. Terrible seller.
I normally need the product not the money back as long as it was available and I have order it but I guess soon I will ask for money back or I will open PayPal dispute. I will complain also to Consumer protection I guess, they have to learn to respect they're customers.
In all this period if it was a product from China it was arriving already to Denmark but inside european borders we need weeks to process and send the products.... shame.
