Found a watch on Ebay (the wife went into panic mode!) Read all the feedback then made the call, Martin was great offered me a realistic trade in price for my old watch over the phone, which he honoured when we met at his shop. I was quite apprehensive about selling my watch to someone I hadn’t met, dealing over the phone and then sending it in the post. I needn’t have worried, Martin gave me a price over the phone, I sent him the watch and within a couple of hours of him checking the watch out he’s paid the money into my account. A very efficient service. I’d certainly recommend Box and Docs.
