An amazing service for real estate professionals
This was my first experience with BoxBrownie and I couldn't be more pleased. They took a hand-drawn floor plan and accurately created a 2-D color plan. Our original had a couple of rooms mis-labeled. I asked for changes and received updated artwork within an hour. The chat feature is helpful when starting out. I got useful information quickly as I placed my first request. I'm very excited to have found this service and will definitely be using them for this project and more.

Box brownie did a phenomenal job virtually staging two of the bedrooms in my clients home, by simply adding beautiful bedding to the existing furniture. It looks extremely realistic. The client is thrilled and so am i.

A home that shows-well sells-well. That's always been my experience. While pictures of vacant rooms give prospective purchasers an idea of the space, I have found buyer's to be visual. They need to see the potential a room has with furniture, lamps, rugs, artwork, and plants! Enter the magic of virtual staging. Over the last few years, I have implemented virtual staging with BoxBrownie into my marketing plan for all of my vacant listings. I choose key rooms, and even take advantage of their ability to enhance exterior photos with landscaping, lighting, and a big favorite, dusk-lighting. On average, my listings get more showings, and better offers, over listings with photos of vacant rooms only. Their service is competitively priced, quick, and always professional. I am really glad I found BoxBrownie, and highly recommend them!

I choose BoxBrownie for their creative expertise.
I use a local photographer for my Real Estate listing photos . . . and sometimes use his services to virtually stage rooms. However, he is unable to accommodate specific requests about what accessories or types of decor I prefer. BoxBrownie is amazing . . . they give you choices for the overall look and even for specific requests for accessories. And they are fast! Turnaround time for my last order was less than 24 hours! Their designers are creative, the photos look realistic and the price is super reasonable. I highly recommend hiring BoxBrownie for their virtual staging expertise!
