I bought a Laser cutter from boxford approximately 10 years ago now.
they delivered it and set it up, I have had only 2 problems with it inn this time and both have been software issues, and both time they have been very professional and extreemly helpful.
This time I spoke to a person called Charles, who was helpful above and beyond, he didn't actually have to help because the contract with them must have well and truly run out by now. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Boxford should be really proud of their staff.
the laser is back up and running again now thanks to Charles.
I would always recommend using Boxford and I will always give them my custom.

Mark came promptly to us as our laser cutter broke down. He fixed the machine and set it up in a flash. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and is always fantastic with our DT students, they always come away feeling really inspired by you! Cheers!

Mark turned up before the given time and was very professional throughout his visit . Even worked past his finish time which is unheard of nowadays . Great service all round

The Boxford engineer arrived on site promptly and was extremely thorough and helpful. One of the tasks they carried out was to align the laser cutters mirrors. Being eager to learn I was allowed to watch the engineer and they explained every step in great detail. This has given me the confidence to have a go at the procedure next time.

Boxford machines - the workhorses of our small business.

I have now been in the laser industry for 5 years, and our 2 Boxford machines have never let us down. The service from the company, whenever needed for maintanence or queries, has always been excellent. I am so happy with how the machines have performed, and they have churned out tens of thousands of products for us over the years and are still going strong. When asked about getting into the laser trade, I always recommend Boxford as the go-to machines.

The best buy for my small craft workshop has been the boxford 350 C02 laser. It has worked faultlessly for 3 years now and well earned its keep.

We recently purchased a BFM110. The unit itself is compact enough to fit on a desk and is used daily. The programme used to design is very user friendly. The etching quality is great for what we bought the machine for. With a very quick turnaround from sale to delivery, I can only recommend Boxford!

Delivered and installed machines, even though it was very awkward to get the machine into the workshop they didn't give up until it was inside. Once in gave us a couple of days to add the gas connections and came back to carry out the onsite training. Very good training made it easy for us to understand and trainer could not have made it more easier for us all. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Brunel Engraving have been using Boxford for a couple of years now since installing a 1.5KW laser cutter. From first contact with the sales department to after sales they have been brilliantly responsive to all contact. Most importantly the machine has worked above our expectations and is still going strong.

We have bought two Co2 lasers from Boxford , these are to replace our aging Gravotech & Universal lasers . When looking for new machines Boxford did not appear in my online searches , I was about to purchase new machines costing over £15k each from other UK suppliers. I attended an exhibition at the NEC and came across Boxford lasers. I was very impressed with their machines, the cost of ownership was much lower than other suppliers i had been considering. The machines came with Lightburn software, this software is way ahead of the software supplied with other machines , I believe it is now the industry standard for laser cutting and engraving . After purchasing two machines we had a minor problem with one of the machines camaras. Boxford promptly sent an engineer to fix the problem. Very impressed with the after sales service. As an Electrical Engineering Company we were especially impressed with the quality of the machine safety features, extremely well designed. I can highly recommend Boxford.

I have two Boxford machines, a A3HSRmi² EX and a BFM110 30W both purchased from the samples that I asked for and they are an invaluable asset to my business, both machines have been faultless and customer service from both Paul and Marc has been perfect.

When looking for a laser marking machine we had been quoted some outrageous prices until we found Boxford. Boxford are a relatively local company to us and they agreed to a demo straight away which very useful as time was of the essence. The price of a complete, fully enclosed Laser marking machine was a fraction of some of the other quotes we had received. After a great demo of an easy to use machine we purchased one straight away.
