Stoff war total dünn und meiner Meinung nach den Preis gar nicht wert. Pulli saß nicht ansatzweise wie im Internet beschrieben obwohl Oversize bestellt wurde. Ich musste 3 Monate nach meiner Erstattung hinterher laufen mit Mails, auf die nicht reagiert wurde, bis ich eine Frist gesetzt habe mit Drohung der Einschaltung eines Anwaltes. Die Erstattung kam dann nach 3 Werktagen.

Terrible customer support. Be cautious before ordering from Boxington. They advertise heavily, but their support is extremely slow.

I’ve now been waiting three weeks after receiving a t-shirt in the wrong size. It should be a simple issue to resolve, but that hasn’t been the case. I’m still waiting for a helpful response.

Kundenservice antwortet nach 9 Tagen, nachdem ich dem Instaaccount mehrmals geschrieben habe. Eine Rücksendeeticket wurde mir auch nicht geschickt. Musste die T-Shirts aufgrund von Qualitätmangel und falscher Bestellung zurückschicken. Kosten gingen auf mich. Würde nie wieder mein Geld dort lassen !!! Noch nie so eine schlechte Erfahrung gehabt obwohl die Insta-Werbung professionell aussah.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Shop. Ich habe den Kundenservice mehrfach über fast zwei Wochen kontaktiert und nie eine Antwort erhalten. Erstens schicken sie mit den falschen hoodie, dannach nochmal del falschen, fragen nach meiner Bestellnummer und seit dem werde ich ignoriert vom Kundenservice, trotz Bestätigungsmail das meine mails angekommem sind.

So einen schlechten Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe mich sehr auf meinen Hoodie gefreut, aber der Umgang mit Kunden ist einfach inakzeptabel.

Leider kann ich den Shop so nicht empfehlen.

Die Designs der Tshirts sind sehr schön.

Aber:
- der Versand hat über 1,5 Wochen gedauert und auf Nachfrage wurde mir versichert, dass mein Paket schon abgeschickt wurde, auf der Sendungsverfolgung konnte ich dann aber sehen, dass es erst viel später verschickt wurde
- das Tshirt war viel zu groß, ich wollte es zurückschicken (Versand muss selbst bezahlt werden) und ich habe extra einen versicherten Versand gewählt, Retoure konnte nicht zugestellt werden, weil an dem angegebenen Firmensitz Boxinton aber garnicht anzufinden ist. Deswegen wurde das Paket wieder zu mir zurückgeschickt. Ich habe es jetzt behalten weil ich keine Lust habe wieder einen versicherten Versand zu bezahlen was dann nicht zugestellt werden kann.

Am Ende bin ich über 50€ für ein Tshirt los, was mir nicht mal passt.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und ohne Probleme, das war allerdings auch der einzige positive Punkt. Der graue Pullover mit dem Palestine Aufdruck kam in einer für diesen Preis sehr enttäuschenden Qualität an und wich deutlich von der Darstellung auf der Website ab.

Für einen reduzierten Preis von 70 Euro beziehungsweise regulär 120 Euro habe ich eine ganz andere Wertigkeit erwartet. Stattdessen wirkt der Pullover eher wie ein einfaches Modell aus dem unteren Preissegment mit einem schlichten Aufdruck.

Ich finde es sehr schade, dass hier mit Erwartungen und Emotionen gespielt wird und dann eine so durchschnittliche Qualität geliefert wird.

Wer sich für eine Retoure entscheidet, sollte beachten, dass die Rücksendekosten selbst getragen werden müssen. Ich empfehle dringend, Fotos vom Pullover sowie vom verpackten Paket zu machen und eine versicherte Versandart mit Sendungsverfolgung zu wählen, damit der Rückversand eindeutig nachgewiesen werden kann. Zusätzlich kann es sinnvoll sein, die Retoure direkt bei PayPal oder Klarna anzumelden.

Schlechte Qualität, tshirts sehr dünn und komischer Geruch. Retoure nicht kostenfrei. Kundenservice braucht ein Monat zum Antworten. Schöne Designs aber schlechte Umsetzung insgesamt.

I ordered a dress which I never got a confirmation/tracking info for at all. A few weeks later I reached out to the company and they said that the dress had been delivered and signed for a while ago (definitely had not). I reached out to them asking what my options were in terms of refund or replacement etc. and even asked if there was proof of the drop off or a time stamp so I could look on my door camera and I was met with several snarky and rude emails. I gave them the opportunity to fix it or give me an option and they did nothing. Use at your own risk.

I saw an ad on Instagram and liked their designs. Placed the order without looking into the company and really regret it. A week went by since ordering and I saw a pot of negative reviews regarding quality and I contacted them asking if they could cancel my order since it hadn't been shipped. And that their site listed a right of withdrawal in the terms. They ignored my request and said we will ecpudite your order. To which I contacted them again asking if they could cancel it I didn't want it. They ignored this two days later generated a tracking number then sent out the order. The site claims vat was included in the shipping. I then get a bill for a hefty customs charge to which would have made the total cost very expensive. Since I already requested the order to be cancelled and they ignored it I refused the charge and now the order is being sent back. I contacted them about this eo which they again ignored my screenshot showing the order is n it's way back to them and told me the customs are my responsibility and to claim intact my locol customs department to avoid delays. When can I nt acting them again they told. Me I could not simply refuse the package to return it,I have to ay the customs fees receive it, then return it to them at my expense. They do this to make it unappealing to return to them. feel I may have to open a dispute to get my money back. I would not recommend doing business with this site and I don't understand how they have so many followers on social media.

Edit - I opened a dispute with PayPal provider ng all documentation of conversations with them from the initial request to cancel. About a week later I received a response from PayPal stating boxinton claimed they had already refunded me (a lie) and that PayPal wanted to review this further. In the end I got money back through PayPal closing the dispute in my favor. But I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

I wanted to get one of the t-shirts. Reading the reviews here made me quite skeptical and concerned. But I have to say that I don’t know what people complain about. I got my tshirt within a week (live in Denmark). The quality of the fabric is honestly suuuper nice. It’s this sort of heavy or quite thick fabric, not sure how to describe it. Definitely happy for my purchase!

Habe ein Palestine Shirt bestellt. Leider war der Schnitt nicht ganz wie angegeben. Ich habe es tatsächlich nur angezogen und direkt entschieden, es in einer Nummer Größer zu kaufen. Retoure musste ich schon selber zahlen, was ich sonst anders kenne. Nun habe ich eine Email erhalten, dass das TShirt fusselig ist und nicht annehmen können. Tatsächlich ist der Stoff etwas "statisch" was Fussel nur so anzieht. Ich habe es sogar vorher mit einer Fusselrolle gesäubert. Am 05.09 habe ich das Shirt erhalten und am 06.09 den Umtausch erfragt. Rückmeldung dauerte etwas länger, sodass das Paket paar Tage nach der Rückgabefrist bei denen ankam. Wäre der Support schneller, wäre es auch bei 14 tagen geblieben.
Nun heißt es ich müsse nochmal 9,95€ zahlen, um das nicht passende Tshirt wieder zu erhalten...

Ich habe mir ein T-Shirt „Palestine“ bestellt und es sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild. Es ist ganz billig verarbeitet, total komisch geschnitten und sieht überhaupt nicht gut aus. Im Internet wird es sogar als Cropped T-Shirt verkauft aber das ist überhaupt nicht der fall, das T-Shirt ist riesig und total unschön geschnitten. Die Aufschrift „Palestine“ ist soo qualitativ schlecht raufgedruckt, ich kann es mit dem Finger schon abpulen. Glaube das überlebt keine Wäsche. Auch die Farbe des Shirts sah im Internet wie ein schönes verwachenes Grau aus, geliefert habe ich einfach nur dunkelgrau/blau bekommen. Ich war anfangs skeptisch aufgrund vieler schlechter Bewertungen hier, hab es aber trotzdem gewagt und wünschte ich hätte es nicht gemacht. 45€ für nichts. Man kann den Artikel zurückschicken aber nur auf eigene Kosten und innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Schade dass sie das Leid der Palästinenser so ausnutzen die Leute so abzocken.

Der Größenangaben entsprachen nicht der Beschreibung. Habe dann das Produkt zurückgeschickt auf EIGENE Kosten. Hab dann auch sogar versicherten Versand genommen. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung und der Kundensupport meldet sich auch nicht. NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!

I just wanted to add a comment to say thank you and to reassure others… I ordered my Van Gough hoodie on the 4th of November and it’s just arrived today! (10th November) I was so surprised! It arrived way faster than I was expecting. I was a little apprehensive as it wasn’t a cheap hoodie, however, it’s fantastic quality, lovely and thick and heavy and looks great. The print is amazing - really good quality and looks stunning! My only criticism is that the arms/sleeves are way too big and long. I’m a size UK 12-14 but more of a 12 and I ordered large as I wanted it baggy. The body is great, it’s just the arms that are too long and big so I’m gonna have to get it altered as it looks a bit daft at the moment which is a shame as it’s obviously going to cost more money but I want it to be right as I can already tell I’ll wear this for a long time and that it’ll last a long time so I’m sure it’ll be worth the extra investment. Delivery was not fast but normaly i dont care. The shirt i got has such a bad quality and allready has a hole... They say things like "german made" but i know they just print it in germany with a german machine or smth. I support Palestine but i dont support this company. Very sad because they have good designs...

Mijn bestelling was eindelijk na ruim 3 weken verzonden. Helaas nooit aangekomen omdat mijn adres niet zou bestaan. Contact proberen te zoeken met boxinton zelf, geen reactie. Inmiddels zijn we alweer een maand verder zonder tshirt of geld. Dit terwijl mijn vorige bestelling wel binnen 1 week zonder problemen werd geleverd.

One of the WORST companies I have ever encountered. Upon placing an order it took a while to receive an email confirming my goods had been dispatched. I then reached out to the company and coincidentally as soon as I received an email in response I also received an email saying my goods had been dispatched, as though I had to remind them about my delivery. Never really took too seriously, then I received a email from customs saying I had to pay to retrieve my parcel. I was confused at this because this wasn’t shipped from somewhere that I usually pay customs for. The company do not disclose anywhere on their site or before checkout that you may be faced with custom charges. When I raised this with the company they took weeks at a time to respond. At this point my parcel had reached its deadline and was sent back. I later received an email from the company saying they would send my stuff over and make sure I wouldn’t have to pay customs. I received my goods 3 months after playing my initial order. I’ve now tried to contact them asking to return/exchange some items and now they’re refusing because it’s passed the deadline for their returns policy. Just to clarify I hadn’t even received my goods in that time period to even initiate a return. Their communication is absolutely disgusting and seems that when you challenge them they take even longer to respond. With the way they treat their customers I doubt they even donate their proceeds to Palestine as they falsely state they do.

Ich habe ein Tshirt bestellt. Es ist sehr schnell angekommen, die Qualität aber leider nicht die, die versprochen wurde. Ich habe das Tshirt UNGETRAGEN zurückgeschickt und mir wurde gesagt, dass das thsirt voller Schmutz war und deshalb kann mein Geld nicht zurückgeschickt werden. So eine unzuverlässige online Firma habe ich noch nie gesehen. lasst die Finger davon weg.

Auch meine Freundin ist sehr unzufrieden mit ihrer Bestellung und sie musste ihr packet irgendwo in der Schweiz senden........
