The service was excellent but…
The service was excellent and we were very happy with that. Unfortunately the logs were really small so we had to put 4/5 on the fire each time. They were more like big kindling than logs.

When ordering any fuel generally speed of delivery is key. The team in Boyle have three things going for them. 1)Customer comms is 100% with updates and calls from them and the courier. 2) Delivery times were met and beat. It's always great to get something faster than when you expected. 3) price and quality of the product. Competitive pricing and good quality product is the final piece of the jigsaw.

Ordered logs and they were delivered very swiftly. I was very impressed and will definitely use they again. Compared to other providers I have used over the years I would rate as number 1. Pity I don’t know about them last year when one provider was over 3 months late in delivering my logs

I found it straightforward to place my order on the website. Logs and kindling arrived after a couple of days. The delivery driver was very helpful.
I found the logs and kindling clean and well-packed, with little dust and debris, which made stacking less of a dirty job.
Top marks for great service and product at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend Boyle's Solid Fuel.
