Much needed brand to spread awareness about, will definitely be buy stuff again

Still waiting on my hoodie placed order 12 days ago still not out for delivery.
Contacted boys get sad to for them to say nothing they can do it's with evri.
Shocking customer service.
Would give zero stars if I could .

I brought this for my son, he was very happy with this. I will definitely be buying him some more items for Christmas. I would highly recommend this company the quality is superb and delivery is very quick.

Questionable quality + paid returns

I bought a t shirt a while back. The quality was reasonable and the imagery has stood up to multiple washes without cracking or flaking. However, I recently purchased a hoodie and the quality was underwhelming. It's akin to a thick T shirt rather than a plush jumper. It cost me £3.50 for delivery and will cost me the same to return as only the jumper value is refunded.
This is my warning to anybody that is thinking of purchasing a jumper so that you know what to expect before you're disappointed and it costs you £7 for the privilege.

Hoodie was very cheap material. Wasn’t worth the price, process to send products back is long winded and not efficient.

I've made multiple purchases now and I can honestly say the quality of the clothes is fantastic.
Packages arrive in a timely manner, and the message BGST are promoting with regards to male mental health is a great message that doesn't get spoken about enough and to put part of the profits to male mental health charity is brilliant.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff with ordering and any questions too.
Quality of the items is incredible, and comfortable.
Great morals and to support the mental health community!

I love idea of what they are looking to do, make awareness and donate to mens mental health.
I just wish dealing with them, did not cause so much de-stress.
I order a T-shirt that was delivered defective. This was delivered 5th September, we are nearly a month after this point and if I am lucky may have a resolution over a month later. The experience has been so poor, that I just found myself wanting a refund. To which I am still waiting, even though they had the good back. I sent the good back after a long period of time, using there 48 hour returns label(sent them proof) only to fobbed of with some poor excuse to why nothing happened
If you want to have a mental breakdown, deal with there customer service or lack of it

Very happy with my latest purchase from BGST! Love the designs, love the quality, love the ethos of the brand. I prefer my tees and hoodies in colours rather than monochrome so when they drop blues, greens etc I can’t help but purchase, love it!

Paid £60 for two T-Shirts in May, the T-shirts never arrived. I have sent numerous emails and now too much time has elapsed even to look into.
