I had a problem with the delivery and a glitch with the address that prevented Royal Mail from making the delivery.
The support and action that I got from the team was quite exceptional and very sympathetic and supportive.

Ordered from here a couple times, amazing service. Had ordered an item that was high demand and had gone out of stock, they immediately emailed offering a refund, a different item or to wait until it’s back in stock. I was happy to wait and it was shipped within 2 weeks. The quality of the clothes are amazing and the sizes are spot on. My parents loves this brand, the message they send out (had people coming up to us saying he’s brave for wearing a top like that and they respect it) will be ordering again.

Bought my son a hoodie for Christmas. Explaining what the point of the Boys get sad too campaign was and how it could help someone open up.
He absolutely loves it and re entry took it on a school trip where it became a topic of conversation between the boys and teachers.
The hoodie itself is top quality and the print has remained as good as new despite many washes
Also can I mention the customer service team my original parcel was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. However with the help of the customer service I was able to track it and collect it

Not the quality we had expected, looks good but quite thin fabric. Shirts are really fitted, should really size up if you don't want this.

Only a next time if they change the quality of the fabric.
