Shocking company
Shocking company, disgusting service. My landlord used this company to replace my garage door. Timescale to complete was one year between my landlord and this company. At long last they arranged to arrive today to do the job. I'm ill and didn't want to be disturbed so I rang this company on Monday and informed them that the garage door will be opened so they don't have to call to my home. Today my doorbell rang, I'm looking through my spyhole at a chap I didn't know, i asked who it was to which he responded "Jack" I don't know a Jack. Now bare in mind I am 64 very ill and extremely vulnerable. I asked again to wich he said again 'its Jack: I'm getting a bit concerned now so I said I don't know a Jack so please leave my doorstep or I will call the police, I didn't mention it but it wasn't so much what he was saying it was more his tone, he was trying very hard to intimidated. Then he shouted back that he is here to fit the garage, I told him the garage door is open. After a bit I rang BMP and asked to speak to a manager who conveniently wasn't available, I was told I would receive a call from this manager. While on the phone waiting for their answer I opened my window to see the fitter running up and down panicking because he didn’t even know which door he was on site to change. I had to inform him. I asked him if he us always so rude and horrible to his customers? To which he replied 'you aren't my customer, your landlords are. At about 4pm while I'm writing this feedback I thought that as the manager hadn't rang that I would ring him and wow I couldn't believe it that they pathetically blocked my number. If it wasn't so unprofessional it would be funny. I have never ever in many years come across a company that need to do so serious work on how unmanageable and rude they are. If my landlord ever want this company anywhere near me it would take a miracle for me to entertain them. Just an outrageously shocking upsetting distressing experience.
