Very helpful staff and the Lems Chillums are going great!

BPrimal have a wide range of "healthy feet" shoes together with excellent online service and "no-fuss" return or exchange.

Such an incredibly helpful team both in-store and online. Our original purchase wasn't quite right size-wise but the bprimal team helped us to navigate trying on options in-store and then placing the order online to ensure we could get the perfect type and fit. I'm already a return customer!

I’ve ordered multiple pairs of shoes from Bprimal, with my latest being the Xero Denver II — and I’m really impressed. The fit is spot on, and they consistently deliver quickly no matter what I order. I’ll definitely be coming back for more

The Lems shoes I bought are amazing, so comfortable and warm. The staff member I interacted with was good but I think she was in training and wasn’t able to confidently answer my questions. I needed a good pair of vegan barefoot shoes for winter/cold days and there was nothing suitable so I bought non vegan shoes for the first time in over a decade.

Bought my daughter BPrimal school shoes...she loved them, I loved them...but the soles fell apart from the upper in just 1 term. Thankfully the BPrimal team replaced the faulty shoes at no cost and in time for the next term. Very grateful, they're great shoes.

Clear communication. Product came in good time and was exactly as advertised!

We are very happy with all our LEMS shoes and the Mariner certainly lives up to the standard.
Always bprimal delivered on time!

Easy website to navigate.
Quick felivery.
Great follow up service.
Will support the little guy every time😉👍🏻

The ordering, delivery, and support services were excellent. It was particularly refreshing to see a company proactively follow up after the purchase to ensure satisfaction and offer additional assistance. This approach made the entire process feel much more personalised.

I’ve bought three pairs of barefoot shoes from bprimal over several years and have been very happy with the company. The shoes arrive promptly, and due to their size and fit advice online, have fit me perfectly. I’ll be a return customer for many more years.

Easy to exchange when sizing is incorrect.

This is the second time I've bought a few shows from Bprimal. I'm enjoying the minimalist experience and the pathway to healthier feet. The overall purchasing experience from browsing the website to accepting delivery was great, no surprises. The information on the website to help you decide on the transition is very informative but ultimately won't make the decision for you. I tend to do a lot of research before I make any purchase really but if it helps anyone else I've been happy with my purchases. I have bought a total of 7 pairs of shoes over the last few purchases, honestly more than half of those have been 'Lems' who make great shoes but my last purchase included a pair of 'Xero' and a pair of 'Altra', so far so good. What you choose will depend on your usage. Read up, use the online size guides so your aren't disappointed. Enjoy.

Had to return and exchange sizes for a pair of shoes i got and delivery process was smooth and prompt. quality products!

I am very happy with the service of bprimal. The shoes arrived really quickly and were just as described.
Perfect fit and super comfortable AND stylish.

I had completely mucked up my order and had ordered both shoes and toe spacers in the wrong size. The returns process was very easy and my parcel arrived only 2 weeks after my original order. I am also enjoying the foot Fundamentals Course which was provided with my order - very interesting and it will help me with my foot health and weaning myself off my orthotics. Thank you.

I recently started experiencing pain from a bunion on my left big toe and came across Bprimal while searching for solutions online. I decided to visit the store but wasn’t sure about the right size for the toe spacers.

Amy was incredibly patient and helpful—she assisted me in trying both XS and S sizes in store. At the time, the S size was out of stock, so I purchased the XS. However, after wearing it at home for about 20 minutes, I realised it felt a bit too tight.

I reached out to the team at Bprimal, and they responded very quickly. They arranged for the S size to be ordered and delivered directly to my home, which I really appreciated.

After using the correct size for about a week, the pain in my big toe has significantly improved. I now wear the toe spacer even during exercise, and it has made a noticeable difference.

Excellent customer service and a great product—I highly recommend them!

After using the really awesome size scanner on the website, I purchased a super comfy pair of Lems shoes! They came so fast in post. We live rurally so it was quite fast! Thank you BPrimal

The staff member that helped me was very friendly and transparent. She went above and beyond!

The first pair of shoes I ordered were great but not the right style for me. The exchange process was easy to manage and, as per my request, a store credit was issued. The second style were perfect and both times the delivery was very quick. Thanks for making shoe shopping online an easy thing to do.
