No drama.
Building materials aren't glamorous.
I chose Bradfords as they were the only supplier offering hi-ab delivery in my area.
What I failed to mention on ordering was the need to use the smaller vehicle to squeeze down my narrow lane.
The driver arrived, saw the narrowness. Rather than cuss and jest he was so polite and helpful. The type of gentleman where genuinely nothing was too much trouble.
Aggregate lowered into place and job done.
Too pinch an old piece of advertising, they didn't make a drama out of a delivery!
Happy customer.
