Unhelpful delivery driver
The ordering of the shed was great and the delivery time was very quick.
I gave 2 stars due to the actual delivery itself the delivery driver was very unhelpful and made the whole process a lot harder than it actually needed to be.

I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to one of our trusted suppliers.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We will look into this further, and feed this back to the supplier that delivered on our behalf, to see what caused this to happen.

Seems a bit silly to not have a catalogue. I went in and needed to look in a book for items I needed. Was then told no have a look online.. seems a bit odd. Why would I come into a store to look online. I can make an order online so was just a waste of time coming in. Put me off.

I will look into this and see if having catalogues are something we can bring back. It was something we did in the past but was underutilized with the addition of the website but if there is demand we can also look into it!
