Bradfords - Honiton BBS Opiniones

service helpful and cheerful by staff I meet But having ordered and paid for on-line it took about 15 minutes to get your computer system to produce a delivery note and let me out of the shop!

Very helpful and good communication on my order. Staff were friendly and helpful to assist me in the direction to collect my order despite being a typical busy builders merchant. Definitely recommend.

Great service from ordering to delivery.
Staff very helpful and polite.
Fast delivery.

Ok, they had what I wanted, but.... I did click and collect due to covid, so no need to go inside. Wrong! I had to go into an office to be directed to another office, to be given a ticket and trawl the yard for the yardman. Then, no we're not done yet, go back to an office to have my ticket taken off me and be given 3 dispatch sheets for my one piece of wood. Pointless, ridiculous, potentially dangerous, no I won't be using again .

Convenient ordering online out of normal business hours with the earliest available delivery date offered. A call early the next morning offering a sooner delivery ahead of expectations. All in all, a friendly and efficient service which I’m happy to recommend.

No alert given to item being in stock and had to call branch. On arriving- staff in office couldn’t find the order. Warehouse staff got the items quite quickly and then back to office staff for a 10 min. wait for receipt which I ended up leaving as it was taking so long. As I was the only customer in the place and had called a few hours earlier- not very efficient.
Can’t say I’ll be hurrying back.

Semi retired builder.
I don't usually do reviews but the person who loaded a heavy sheet of ply onto my trailer (Honiton branch) was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I don't know his name but his interaction and customer skills were excellent.

Helpful staff and a good range of products and also great network of depot’s

Order was quickly followed by a courtesy call and delivery was arranged swiftly.

Easy to buy and speedy delivery. Very helpful driver

prompt delivery to the door, good website

come on the date they said it would ,delivery driver was very good and helpful

We were very pleased with the service and products that we received. They were as stated. Would recommend them to anyone

Placed order online for collection, told that the branch would contact me about collection, heard nothing for 5 days so rang them to be told yes your order is ready and waiting for you.!!!!

Salesman at Bradfords very helpful on the phone, dealt with my order quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service and easy to use.

Ordered on line .Delivered pretty quickly

I can’t fault the delivery driver or the materials. Poor communication from the office to me, the client, which in turn led to delays! Eventually sorted. Branch manager did apologise & I appreciate his honesty.

Excellent service under very difficult conditions

Full marks for genuinely helpful staff and service. Thank you !
