So Pleasant to Deal With
I'm supporting a firm that isn't part of a faceless financial institution and a very competitive one with good stock and hire equipment. Furthermore I have found all the staff I have encountered so very different from the rest and very amiable and helpful.

I have had several deliveries from this driver whose name I have sadly forgotten. He is a truly great ambassador for your company and a big reason why I return. Well done. I cannot emphasise how impressed I am.

Overall very positive
Good communication re delivery. Friendly/ and efficient driver. Website very clear and well organised. Prices competitive. Good selection of products.
One criticism — to get trade membership you have to bring completed form into branch. Seems to me there should be online accounts where people shopping the website can register without a branch visit.
