It was only a small order of 30 paving bricks, but it was easy to order online and the bricks were delivered and left where I requested within a few days of ordering, and when Bradfords said they would be delivered. Nothing to fault really.

Easy to order online
Easy to order online. Easy parking. Staff friendly and helpful.
Item was too long for car, but the branch lent me a tape measure and saw, so I could cut the baton to size.

Bradfords offers competitive pricing
Bradfords offers competitive pricing, helpful staff, and a great range of stock. Delivery communication was clear and efficient, and the drivers were polite and accommodating. While the items arrived slightly later than expected and there were minor quality issues, it didn’t affect my project. Overall, a reliable and professional service.

Bradfords has competitive pricing and a helpful staff, which is appreciated. However, my recent experience fell short of expectations. While the delivery drivers are polite and helpful, I encountered delays with the delivery and some quality issues with the items. It's generally a good service, but these issues prevent me from giving a higher rating.
