Excellent service.
This is only the second time I’ve used Bradfords and once again wasn’t disappointed, easy to order, competitive pricing, and good delivery. One unit of my order was on back order but 2 days later when the delivery arrived it was all there. The other thing worth mentioning is the staff in the office and the delivery guys have always been helpful, I wasn’t home for my delivery but the driver helped my partner move it into the garden. Well done Bradfords keep up the good work.

I ordered a bag of cement and two bags of sand and paid online. I collected said items on a wet Saturday morning, two men were working in the yard, they met me, directed me to where the sand and cement were and then put them in the car for me. I couldn't have wished for better attention or service, thanks.

Delivery service
I got a text to call about delivery. So I did. And got told delivery would be 2\4pm the next day. So I arranged my day around that. Then the next morning I got a text drlivery 9.30 to 11.30am. So my whole had to be swapped around. Not great service to be told one time then to swap it and just text me. I had to be there to tell them where to put the delivery.

Super company. Phoned to order products and they were able to deliver first thing the next day. We won’t go anywhere else for any building or gardening supplies.

Used click and collect service online as needed to ensure product was available due to difficulty in obtaining elsewhere.
Bit of confusion and inconvenience on arrival due to store alterations, and building work, but staff very helpful and responsive.
Picked up product at new shop location, no issues, and pleased overall with service.

Grossly overpriced
I had ordered some guttering and associated fittings online, and as usual had not ordered quite enough. I went to my local Bradfords for four small items, and was charged £12.77. Had I ordered them with my main order, it would have come to £5.33. The staff were fine, service fine, but the price!! Is it any wonder everyone now shops online. I could reasonably expect to pay a bit more, but more than double.come on!

Guy on phone about delivery really helpful.
Driver chris(?) was amazing. Put the vehicle into a very tight and awkward lane with zero fuss.

Excellent prices and service
Excellent prices. Ordering was very easy and was contacted by very helpful lady to discuss delivery options as delivery was going to be tricky. The driver was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
