The ease of the web site
The ease of the web site, the online chat also helped as i was struggling to send the order. The staff at the Penryn store were more than helpful, kept me informed when the delivery was arriving, couldn't fault them.

Friendly and helpful
First time using this company so didn't know what to expect. Sometimes small-time DIYers feel like nuisances at big trade depots, but not at Bradfords. Staff at the depot couldn't have been more helpful, and the delivery driver was skilful, patient and good-humoured. Prices were very reasonable, so in all, a good experience, and we'll be back for more.
