Website ordering and shop collection was easy enough. Just wish shop opening hours weren't focussed around trade customers - especially on Saturdays - when us DIY duffers are in need of stuff.

My order was easy to place via the website and my products were delivered within two days which is pretty quickly considering the pressure that builder's merchants are under at the moment.

Great service in these difficult times
Great service in these difficult times, not sure if I was lucky but delivery was only a few hours after emailing my order. When it arrived the driver who was so helpful and friendly made a point of keeping his distance, many thanks Bradfords for all the effort and hard work that you must be having to put in.
