Well ! To begin with, brahma gems is one of d best places to buy natural stone. I m a picky person and do not settle for something easily. Before buying my pc of Red Coral, i was checking almost every website possible n finally settled for this. The gems are of premium quality. The best part, they are offering IGI certification which is d benchmark. Received d shipment in jus 1 day.. m really happy with d experience n will come back again for sapphire

Went through other people reviews and realised that it isn't just my issue that it has been more than 2 months and there is no update whatsoever about my order. 3 weeks back got a random vague thank you update from them and then radio silence. No customer support, no customer empathy nothing. The review would have been in minus if it was feasible.

I would have definitely given the service of Brahmatells.com a negative rating. I placed an order for several Rudraksha items on July 13th, but I have yet to receive them. Brahmatells is the worst e-commerce website. Their customer support never answers calls, and when they do, they provide feeble excuses like the factory roof collapsed. Do not make the mistake of purchasing anything from this website.

Me and my friend bought emerald and yellow sapphire from Brahma Gems. After being to many jewellers we found Brahma Gems to be the only store specializing in stones. The stone quality is excellent and we got timely delivery just as we wanted.

When you believe in the universe, things fall into place. That's the line my Pandit Ji said when I asked him whether my new venture would be a success. He suggested me to wear a 6 carat yellow sapphire ring with all the vidhi. I immediately ordered mine from Brahma Gems and was surprised to receive it within two days. I later showed it to my Pandit Ji and he also approved of its quality. Really happy with the product!

Brahmatells is almost a non-functional company. It is the poorest e-commerce website you may ever encounter. It doesn't either dispatch items paid for or dispatches them so late that the cause is lost. It doesn't respond to your calls either and doesn't provide any tracking information to customers keeping them in daily suspended animation with conflicting and game-playing information. Occasionally, a rude response comes turning you off completely. It took almost a month for it to send a small crystal product, a few kilometres within Mumbai. They don't think you deserve an explanation either.

Its delivery partner Shiprocket daily kept telling me that the package 📦 is arriving today ... kept telling me every day, for a month almost. How much flip flop is even possible ? Shiprocket is truly the poorest of the poor amongst all.

Avoid completely this psychologically maddening experience of buying anything from Brahmatells. Save your peace of mind.

Recently I purchased the Emerald stone 6.11 cart from Brahma Gems shop. My emerald stone are natural and beautiful. Thank you brhama gems, I am so happy....highly recommend!!!!

Its been almost more than a month and I have no update on international order. Not sure if this is an issue with international delivery or something else. I have tried to ring them and found that numbers provided do not work. FAKE FAKE FAKE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Brahma Gems (Defence Colony, Delhi). I approached Brahma Gems to purchase a pair of diamonds. I am an international client and had limited time during my visit to India. Brahma gems executive & owner communication was really poor and extremely slow. They didn't show any interest in making the deal or arranging diamonds for me. Unfortunately, I trusted them and visited their Delhi office twice and didn't focus on other providers. At the last moment Anshul the owner of Brahma Gems said now the ring can not be made. I gave them more than 2 weeks to arrange for diamonds and make a ring for me but they not even failed to deliver but the communication was extremely slow and the executive Vipin even gave the wrong pricing.

Brahma gems is a good and genuine place to buy gemstone. They provide non heated; non treated gemstone.
