Needed a plumber short notice due to a leak in my property which my emergency call out would not repair, Dave came and completely fixed the issue within 24 hours and was super helpful. Would absolutely recommend and use again

The engineer arrived on time as arranged. Vinnie is always polite, removes his shoes etc. he always explains what he is going to do which is so helpful. Although he was here most of the day it caused no real disruption to us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone

Boiler stopped working during January cold snap. Vinnie turned up and spent some time trying to get working on site, but diagnosed he needed some additional parts. Turned up when parts delivered and they did indeed resolve problem and boiler now happily working again. Coms were great throughout, arrived when he said, cost as quoted. Can’t ask for more.

Having used a few different local plumbing companies in the past, Braiden Plumbing is now my go-to for all my plumbing needs. Called Braiden Plumbing with an overflow issue. They were very pleasant, and informed me they could get someone with me between 1&3. Was really pleased as they arrived within 45 min. Extremely polite and curtious plumber arrived.
Very happy with their efficiency and quality of work.

Everything about my experience with Braiden plumbing & heating from the very first interaction has been nothing short of spectacular from Keiran on the phones to Vinny coming out for a quote and replaced my whole boiler you guys as a company should be very proud customer service was on point and the speed of the replacement was amazing thank you so much for making this whole process easy

I found Braiden Plumbing & Heating on CheckaTrade.com. They were the first plumber to accept my request for a fix for a leaking bathroom mixer tap. I was contacted by Keiran, who explained what they needed to do and when they could fit me in, along with an estimated cost.
They kept me informed about my booking and the plumber David arrived on schedule to find and fix our leak in a polite and friendly manner. After 40 minutes he left with no mess or puddles and I received an invoice for the work later the same day.
I would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend to my family and friends also.

I am a Thiny bit disabled and as treated with respekt as i do know what i am talkibg about ok most of the time :) so it was nice to be treated with respekt as not usel to it. The problem was thought through as no one else had and there has been many and true problem coming complicated. I cannot fault them in anyway :)

Review of Braiden Plumbing and Heating ⭐

I booked this company to unblock the bathtub drain and fix a leak behind the bidet. The plumber did not arrive for the morning appointment and rescheduled for the afternoon, which disrupted my day.

The leak behind the bidet turned out to be a very minor issue (simply repositioning a rubber washer). However, the main reason I booked the service was to have the drainage pipes from the bathtub and bidet properly unblocked. For this, the plumber only used a vacuum cleaner, made little effort, and did not resolve the problem at all.

Despite completing only half of the job, I was charged £120, which was explained as their minimum call-out fee. If they are unable to unblock drains, they should not advertise it as a service. At the very least, they should make clear that they only attempt simple blockages using a vacuum cleaner.

Overall, I feel I wasted my time and money, and I would not recommend Braiden Plumbing and Heating based on this experience.

Would 100% recommend. Had a boiler service done — the engineer was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he had done. Great service!

I created a job via trade website and was contacted within minutes with price + parts/VAT. I contacted them the next day and they sent David within the hour, he had the job completed within the hour and was very thorough and worked with minimal mess, definitely would use again, many thanks Mick
