I don't even know what this is and it's been taken out of my account for 4 months I believe I've been trying to figure out a way to cancel it and contact them and I don't find anything anywhere. Then I try to sign into an account assuming that it's mine and I don't exist. Does anyone have any idea how to do this. We're at a couple hundred dollar range at this point I would like to get it taken care of ASAP. Thank you

Everyone, this is company is definitely a scam, designed for subtlely abusing customers! I had lost my phone and to try and get it back in signed up to their 'sister' brand detectico.com. First it offers to charge only ~$2 but if you check the email of the payment confirmation, (which I had the misfortune of not doing) in the smaller print it mentions that it will take ~$70 each month from now on! I forgot about signing up this service and it charged me a month later, making me confused and struggle to find the source of this random payment. To make it worse it doesn't even find your phone! If you find yourself stuck in this situation where you've been charged from brainfeild.pro go to detectico.com and scroll to the bottom of the website and it will say 'cancel subscription' then log in and go to menu and stop the charges to your account. Don't get caught in their scam!

This company scams you. Do not enter any personal info or credit card. I used this service to try and find my phone,which was $1.49usd. It then asked me to sign up for a subscription for $65/month,which I declined. The company has charged my card twice without permission. I dont understand how this is allowed. I never agreed to the charges, only the original fee of $1.49usd, which was also a waste of money because it didnt give me any info but just took my money and then basically stole a further $130. They are fraudsters. Do not use!! I now have to try and fight it

Betrüger. Nachdem ich 0,86 Euro für einen Testservice bezahlt hatte, berechneten sie mir 59,72 Euro. Derselbe Betrag wurde mir von einem anderen Portal, das unter derselben Adresse registriert war, erneut berechnet. Ich erwarte eine allgemeine Antwort, in der sie sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Erstatten Sie mir einfach den Betrag zurück, den Sie ohne Genehmigung eingezogen haben, um die Bewertung zu annullieren.

Scammer. Upon paying eur 0,86 for s trial service they charged me eur 59.72. I was charged the same amount again from another portal registered on the same address. I expect their general response about being sorry for inconvenience. Just refund the amount that you have taken without authorisation to annul the review.
