Orders placed directly through BrainMD are shipped from our own fulfillment facility in Irvine, California, and our supplements are not manufactured in China. Product safety, quality standards, and oversight are extremely important to us, and we’re always happy to answer questions or provide clarity around sourcing and manufacturing.

Based on what you described, it’s possible this order was placed through an unaffiliated or impersonator website. Unfortunately, as products like Happy Saffron have gained visibility on social platforms such as TikTok and have supported over 10,000,000 happier days (servings), we’ve seen an increase in unauthorized, look-alike sites that are not connected to BrainMD. Orders placed through those sites are not fulfilled or supported by us.

We’re also sorry to hear you weren’t able to connect with support at the time, and we apologize for the delay in responding here, as we’re newer to actively managing Trustpilot reviews. For clarity, promotional or “free” items may still appear on order confirmations or invoices for tracking, customs, or system purposes, even though the item itself is not charged.
