EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a strapless adhesive bra which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the item did not fit and I decided to return it.
I have now sent SIX emails to customer service requesting a returns confirmation and have failed to get a response.
I would advise to avoid purchasing from this company.

Really disappointed and haven't even received my order yet. I have sent three emails to their customer service team using the email provided on the website and after a week... still no response. Have made an order 2 and a half weeks ago with information from the company that it has been shipped but nothing since then... I have been trying to get in contact multiple times to check the progress of my order but at this point with no replies - feels like a rip off. Really disappointed with the service but obviously cant comment on the quality of the products...

Still awaiting extra bra that was not in received order placed end of May despite being promised by “Helen” this would be rectified?? Come on guys get this sorted as absolute joke! Adhesive bra not great either, however thought as receiving supposedly 3 (instead of 2 received) deal wasn’t too bad and could utilise them somehow with extra boob tape. No longer responding to my messages either! Buyer beware! :-(

Rubbish - didn't fit or hold up. Have contacted customer service to request return details & after a week have had no response. They'll be saying next that I haven't contacted them within 14 days of receipt, crafty sods!! Oh, and their phone number on the receipt doesn't work. Bought through PayPal so hopefully their guarantee will cover me if I get no joy from Bralux. Wish I'd seen some reviews before I ordered. What a rip off.

The stick on bra and lifts fitted perfectly. Helen at customer service was very helpful in pointing me towards the right bra.
Items came boxed, well packaged and were delivered within the 2-5 days I was promised.

My order never arrived and all attempts to contact them have been ignored.

The bra, although it said it was supportive for larger breasts, was dreadful: absolutely useless. I had to send it back, at my expense and I am still awaiting my refund over a week later.

Bought in a G cup. Absolutely rubbish! Did not hold the girls up. Save you money and don’t purchase!

I just received an email to say that I won’t be refunded as there was ‘hair and dirt’ on it. I realised as soon as I opened the box that it was unsuitable so didn’t even try it on. So be very wary, I ordered cup size E and knew by looking it wouldn’t fit, I sent it back, as I said, at my own expense, and they’re now claiming it has been worn. Absolute scam

My stick on bras arrived promptly and fitted perfectly- I followed your instructions for size guide. Haven’t had the opportunity to wear them properly yet but I did feel secure and supported when trying them on so not worried about using them.

I placed an order in September 2021, I ordered two Bralux Freya - Underwired & Boost Cup Winged Stick On Bra in beige and one in black. I was notified that the black was out of stock and if I wanted another in the beige. I responded that I would have another beige. I am still waiting for a response after trying to contact the company multiple times and still no sign of the third product.

Bralux Seamless Fabric Breast Lifts are so comfy and give a great shape to my chest part whenever I wear a sleeveless gown or top. Super-affordable!!
