I had a small card hand painted by my daughter in law that I wanted framed. It is really special to me. Although only one tiny picture to frame the advice on type of glass (it was for a south facing conservatory) and frame was absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and Sarah talked me through ideas and different suggestions. I know it was a small order and that sometimes companies only want to deal with the bigger orders but this certainly wasn't the case. The order was dealt with swiftly and I am so pleased with the result. It really was what I call "old fashioned service" and that doesn't happen often any more!! A huge thank you to everyone involved for making my card even more special and it now hangs in pride of place in my conservatory.

Brampton framing have matted and framed a number of pieces of art-work for me over the years. They have always done first-class work. I was especially appreciative of my request to match the grain patterns on the mitred corners making for a most elegant frame. Prices are reasonable. The service is friendly, never hurried and professional advice generously given.

Very professional company, the website was very easy to use to find the frame that fitted what I wanted, and the quality is superb. I sent a lot of emails both before ordering to check their advice on what size to order and any extras they would advise, and after ordering to check how to assemble, and their customer service team were very helpful and prompt with replying. Also when my acrylic was damaged in transit they provided a replacement immediately.
They have literally hundreds of different frame options and can filter by various requirements such as colour, width etc. There are also various glass and acrylic options ranging from standard low cost to very high quality UV protection. For the quality of the frames and accessories I think they are very reasonably priced and there is a huge range in prices among the different options too depending on your preferences.
It was also very helpful to be able to order samples for 60p so I could compare directly next to the picture - on the website you can upload your picture and see it with the frame there, but of course the colours and details will look slightly different in real life compared to a screen.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase as well as the whole process, and I am now going to buy my sister a frame too :)

I have used Brampton Framing 8 or 9 times now, and would not now go anywhere else. After a lifetime of using high street framers, I can confidently say Brampton are a higher quality, have a greater range of frames, and are better value for money than all the others. This is particularly true if you are ordering museum quality mounts and glass, for which their prices are extraordinarily good.

Top tier framing company. Somehow this company has managed to make custom frames with a fast turnaround, good prices, and high quality.

They can make almost anything, really amazing service. Have ordered two frames in the past, both turned out super nice and delivered perfectly, wrapped up safely with no damage.

Brampton provide a very good service. I've ordered lots of frames from them and they've always turned up in excellent condition and on time. I've tried a couple of other online framing companies in the past and Brampton have been far better (also they ship small and medium frames with glass, unlike some others that will only ship with acrylic glazing, I have never had a breakage).

I ordered 5 pieces of 2.5mm backing board. After a 5 day wait - i got just 4 of them. How hard is it to get such a simple order right?
EDIT: Brampton responded to my emails quickly, apologised and prioritised the missing piece for despatch on Monday (today is Friday) Then I asked for a £5 goodwill instead of waiting in all day for the one piece and they processed this refund very quickly, so they recovered a bad situation well.

The ordering process is straightforward and even though I needed something not listed I was able to message Brampton's immediately and received a quote by return email. Helpful and pleasant staff (Charlotte) when I rang to confirm and pay, even though she was busy.

I needed help with framing a vintage jigsaw. Charlotte at Brampton Framing was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose the correct picture mount and undermount for my frame. This is the second order I've received from Brampton Framing. Both times I've been delighted with the frames. Customer Support is excellent - so important when you're keen to get the measurements just right! Quality is top notch too! I was particularly pleased with a "barefaced" frame I ordered which I was able to paint to match a previous frame I had - both pictures now look great together.

Ordered a custom oval mount. They were really helpful in advising on what was possible. Good quality materials and cutting. Very reasonably priced both for the product and the P& P. Delivered quicker than expected and extremely well packed with zero damage. Highly recommended!
