Company charged me 300 dollars as i was trying to watch video now i just a refund for all of it and can’t get ahold of anybody. sent 20+ emails with no response. now my account is i’ll be 300 dollars negative for a service i didn’t want or receive!!

I've tried building my own website on Shopify before and ended up giving up because it took so long to figure out. Decided to give this company a shot and was blown away by the website they gave me. Insane quality for the $15 price tag lol

About a month back I decided to get a prebuilt brand from Brand Box just to try it cause you never know. I also booked a call with a member on their team and decided to take the jump and bought their coaching package. The store by itself I personally think is a great starting point for someone getting into Shopify and ecommerce, but the coaching is really what changed the game for me. There were so many valuable insights on the weekly live training they gave me, even handling me over winning products they themselves had already tested and knew worked. What I thought was sick about their program that really made it different from any other is that i got the actual phone numbers of the founders who had done millions of sales and they would answer any and every question I had so I could move quickly.

Have bought a couple of these prebuilt stores in the past from other companies I saw ads for on IG and they never panned out. One of them never even sent me my store, but I'll be completely honest these guys at Brand Box are the real deal. Got my store super quick in like 6 hours after I purchased which was shocking alone. The store they gave me was a fashion store and it looked super clean which was surprising considering I only paid $15 lol. It also came with free marketing guides and training videos in their member's portal which was sooo useful. I launched TikTok ads for the store following the strategies they showed in the guide and surprisingly enough it actually worked. First day, I think I got like 2 sales but by the end of the week I was already at over $750 in sales on the store which blew my mind. It definitely takes work to market the store but these guys hand hold you through the whole thing

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They blocked me on instagram so I don’t leave any more comments!! They delete the actual review!!! They UPSELL you and then take your money!! They don’t answer you until after the 90 days so they don’t have to refund you!!! It’s a waste of money!!!! IVE BEEN TRYING TO WARN YALL!

I honestly wish i had read reviews before clicking on their AD and deciding i was going to fall for their scam! A template was offered, no transfer of store ownership but now they have my account information. The template was for furniture that was $400+ dollars - as if that would ever sell and even worse when i wrote to ask for a refund, they told me i needed proof that i ran ADs to support their template... but i cant get back into the site, so how can i run ads for a site i cant access? Im in digital marketing and they got me good - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!!

Brandbox has really changed my life for the better. Ive worked with william for a while now and sean amongst others but they have really paved a way for starters in dropshipping and really have opened new avenues for people like myself. Very straight forward they answer all your questions, even when they can’t they point me in the right direction so im very grateful for the opportunity to work with brandbox! Would recommend to anyone trying to start and scale a dropshipping store!

This has been the best experience I have ever had when starting to run my own business. I recently turned 20 and spending those 15 bucks was the best investment I have EVER made! I have never ran an e-commerce business before and I was honestly really nervous of putting in my money into something that I thought I was not going to get a return… but things actually went better then expected! I’m on track to making over 300k a year! This is a chance to completely change your life! It’s all about your mindset and if you’re willing to put in the work 💪🏾🙏

Scam. Avoid. No website was built or delivered. No response from phantom company.

Very good store, very good course

Spent $97 total for the store + course, and have been able to make ovr 5600 in sales in last 5 weeks. Not bad

Cant access the member portal for whatever reason

I been emailing the company since yesterday asking for a refund because once I paid for it I click on the link for the training videos and it’s a blocked account on the internet they then charge me 97 dollars for a update that I clicked no thank you on. No one has reached out to me and I been emailing help at brandbox.co and the only reason I have to put it like that because it say it doesn’t allow email in reviews

I had them create me a store -but cant transfer it over to me, wont answer my emails. They are literally 0 help.
Id give them 0 stars if I could.

Stick to fiver creators.

This is awful. Pre-built is scammy because the store still has so so so so so so so many more steps and so many more apps and so many more subscriptions that you have to pay for. I paid extra for a prebuilt store with fast shipping. These lazy ****s loaded all the same products from Aliexpress. The only difference is they preloaded an app that gives me access to fast shipping products so when i want to add NEW products they will ship fast. So essentially the 100 products that i paid to have built in my store will all take forever to go out, and I still have to do FULL RESEARCH on new products to replace my inventory with fast shipping products. Scam scam scam. Again, each website that you have to sign up for (like 7) charges for a subscription too. This is such a headache. Save your money. Save your time.

Yes. The suppliers are provided for the items in my store. But AGAIN. I PAID FOR FAST SHIPPING ITEMS! The suppliers provided in the link are the same suppliers that people get when they don’t pay for fast shipping because it’s all coming from AliExpress. You don’t have two separate product lists for fast shipping vs standard shipping even though you charged extra for this.

I watched the videos. You clearly state the fast shipping supplier app is for NEW PRODUCTS I WANT TO ADD to my shop. Not the 100 items I paid y’all to build in my store.

Yes you charge a one time fee. My point is that there are still subscriptions and sites we need to access to have a functional store that costs money. People don’t need to think this shop is going to cost $15 when it’s actually over $200.

The store was built very badly asked for a refund they said it would be issued,never got it and ignored my emails, scam scam scam

The pre-built store is a great investment for people that aren't the most knowledgeable in marketing, but still want to dabble in these waters. They really make sure to build an online store that can help you start from nothing to become an avid seller. The support offered by the team is class and they try to make you develop your store on your own, giving it an independent feel to it.

Responded to Instagram Ads about setting up online shops from £15. Should have known it was too good to be true. Few add on brought final bill to £76. Made order.
Nothing! No emails, no goods, no service! Another SCAM/RIPOFF!
Avoid completely!!!
