Furious! Went to put in discount code but it immediately went to payment. Clearly never got my 10% discount. Also added on vat. So not included in their pricing and no indication of this.👎🏻

It's a shame this negative review is still on here, as I can see from the order history that we resolved this for you and refunded you retrospectively for the 10% discount when you got in touch about this.
I'd also like to point out that VAT is included in all the prices on the website. The breakdown may show it separately once you come to pay, but it's still the same price you see advertised on the website.
I hope this clears up any confusion.
