Excellent product! Exceptional service!
The order I placed was dealt with very quickly despite it being the bank holiday, I received Great progress communications from Jane and received my boots within 2 days. The boot quality was excellent and I would highly recommend both the product and the Brandecosse service and team!

Good but could be better
Good but could be better. Ordering was easy, but communication on dispatch and delivery was poor and I needed to email to find out if the item had been sent out etc. Can’t say anything about the boots as not used them yet. They look good and appear well made.
