We would like to clarify that this review was not written by a customer of BrandEvolves, but by someone who applied for one of our vacancies.

During a recent recruitment campaign, we received more than 200 applications. Unfortunately, we could not move forward with every candidate. As part of our recruitment process, we explained that we highly value our online reputation and customer satisfaction. At no point did we require or ask applicants to leave positive reviews.

Unfortunately, a group of unsuccessful applicants has chosen to misuse our review platforms by posting reviews despite never having been a customer of our company or having used any of our services.

Our Trustpilot page is intended for genuine customers who have actual experience with our services. Because of the coordinated nature of these reviews, we have reported them to Trustpilot and requested a formal investigation into their authenticity and compliance with Trustpilot's guidelines.

We sincerely regret that potential customers are confronted with reviews from individuals who have never done business with us, as they do not reflect the quality of our services or the experiences of our clients.

If you are considering working with BrandEvolves and have any questions, we would be happy to speak with you directly and provide references from real customers who have experienced our services firsthand.

After not being selected for the position, you chose to spread false claims about our company.

We recently had a large recruitment round with more than 200 applicants for this role, and unfortunately, we could only select 5 people. That means many applicants were understandably disappointed. However, not being selected does not justify posting misleading or false statements online.

To be clear: we do not ask anyone to post fake reviews. Our reviews are based on real experiences with either our SaaS platform or our agency services. This review page is meant for actual customers, and we are grateful that our customers are satisfied with the work and service we provide.

We strongly reject the claims made in this review. The person posting this review is also using a fake name, but we already know who it is and have filed a complaint with the recruitment platform regarding this matter.

We remain focused on serving our clients professionally and transparently.

We spoke with multiple applicants, and you are most likely one of the candidates who did not meet the qualifications required for this position.

We do not ask anyone to post fake reviews. All of our reviews are genuine and come from real work we have carried out through our agency and our SaaS platform.

It is also clear to us that this review appears to have been posted by someone who is upset about not being selected for the position.

We only ask real clients to leave reviews after working with us. We do not ask anyone else to post reviews.

We completely reject this false review.

We have investigated this matter thoroughly and have identified the source of this review. It was not submitted by a genuine customer, but by a competitor attempting to damage our reputation.

It's unfortunate that someone chooses to resort to these tactics. Fortunately, our focus remains on delivering excellent service, supporting our clients, and continuing to grow our business.

Er heeft nooit een samenwerking tussen ons plaatsgevonden en er is geen dienst aan je geleverd. Je hebt eenmalig een zakelijke e-mail van ons ontvangen, waarna je hebt besloten deze review te plaatsen.

Onze reviewpagina is bedoeld voor klanten die daadwerkelijk ervaring hebben met onze dienstverlening, resultaten en service. Om die reden vinden wij het lastig om een beoordeling te plaatsen op basis van één ontvangen e-mail, zonder dat er ooit sprake is geweest van een klantrelatie.

Wij gaan uiterst zorgvuldig om met persoonsgegevens en zakelijke contactgegevens. Inmiddels hebben wij miljoenen zakelijke berichten verzonden namens onszelf en onze klanten, waarbij slechts een zeer klein aantal ontvangers negatief reageert.

Uiteraard respecteren wij dat niet iedereen prijs stelt op commerciële communicatie. Tegelijkertijd vinden wij dat een beoordeling van onze dienstverlening het meest waardevol is wanneer deze gebaseerd is op een daadwerkelijke samenwerking en ervaring met onze service.

Super om te horen dat de outreach precies deed wat het moest doen: persoonlijk aanvoelen en direct de juiste snaar raken. Dat was ook precies onze insteek.

Fijn dat de meeting goed voelde en dat het vertrouwen er meteen was. Uiteindelijk draait het daar om: niet alleen resultaat, maar ook een samenwerking die goed en transparant aanvoelt.

En nóg mooier om te horen dat het traject boven verwachting presteert. Daar doen we het voor. 🚀

Wij herkennen ons niet in deze beschrijving.

Na een vrijblijvende kennismaking is duidelijk geworden dat onze dienstverlening niet binnen het beschikbare budget viel. Op basis daarvan is door hen zelf besloten niet verder te gaan. Dat besluit is door ons volledig gerespecteerd en vastgelegd.

Na dit moment hebben wij geen contactverzoeken, e-mails of terugbelverzoeken ontvangen. Wij versturen geen spam en communiceren uitsluitend via vaste, professionele kanalen. Eventuele ongewenste berichten zijn niet afkomstig van onze organisatie.

Wij vinden het jammer dat deze situatie nu op deze manier wordt gepresenteerd. Wij staan bekend om een zorgvuldige, transparante en respectvolle omgang met klanten en prospects. Voor toelichting of verduidelijking staan wij altijd open voor direct en correct contact.
