Carpet Cleaner Hire
Friendly contact who made sure everything needed was supplied with the equipment and gave me an overview of how to use the carpet cleaner. Opted to pick up and return as the delivery charge was a bit steep. I like the fact that the equipment is checked and tested before a new hire which gives confidence that you are using equipment that is safe as it can be. Will use again.

I had a terrible experience!
I requested a 3-step ladder hire. All is well and good and then the guy comes and asks for my passport ID and bank card, which I presented. Unfortunately, I was refused hire because I do not have a British passport.
So I guess, Brandon hire station only hires to British folk. The immigrants who work sweat and blood in Aberdeen don't get to participate and hire their ladders for commercial use. Instead, they were asking for my company's utility bill but with my name on it (which is not possible, it is not my house).
So, I guess if one doesn't have a British passport and doesn't have a UK driver's license don't bother hiring from Brandon hire station, Is that the case?
If the issue is the billing address, then let that be discussed but if it is a passport thing then I have an issue here, not everyone is British.
This experience had a very heavy racial undertone which is very disappointing. Order no: 400698140

All good with one hitch
Delivery was on time and everything was as ordered. The pick up was one day late which was a bit of a nuisance, I think they should notify you better regarding any late pick ups.
