Great service
Everything went smoothly from the point of collection, when everything was ready for me to pick up, the help given to load the equipment and the instructions to use it. The equipment worked without fault and the return process was as easy as the collection. I will require to undertake a similar job next year and will certainly return to Brandon HS. Job done, well done.

The machine is very good but for straight tree branches. My situation was more complicated because we had very badly twisted roots and sometimes it jammed. For very twisted roots I would suggest renting a machine from this shop which has a larger opening, for straight branches the machine is specific and will do its job. So I recommend it.

Staff helpful and Mitower scaffold ready when I arrived. The equipment worked well and allowed me to do the job safely. A couple of minor maintenance issues with the equipment were notified on my return but this did not affect safe operation
