Arranged hire of tile cutter from Gateshead branch a week in advance, turned up to collect and no cutter and no attempt to get one - one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with

I've only hired a few times from this store using collection, but it's so easy to do online. They'll also help you get the stuff into the car.

A bit of a technical error once meant that the item I hired wasn't actually at their shop for me to collect. I turned up to collect and they sorted out a delivery then and there. They delivered what I needed soon as I got back home.

Very competitive price for hire of an electric wacker plate. Staff very friendly and helpful rearranging dates when I had to cancel original hire date. Plate immaculately clean. Staff helped me manoeuvre heavy plate into car. Couldn't fault the service. Would recommend.

The product and service were great. My only issue was that you can only order online and I was expecting to collect but had a delivery instead. It still worked out well as the delivery was early and actually saved me time going to collect. I then dropped them off myself and it was easy to do so and a smooth process.

Requested for solid tines on the aerator that I hired, however, it came with hollow ones. One of the tines broke so had to go back for a replacement but couldn't get this sorted for 24 hours. Was offered a delivery but no one was available on site at the time. Customer service was good but the delay meant I wasn't able to finish the job before it had to be returned. Had to pay for pick up because I was trying to get the job finished because of the set back.

No hassle delivered and picked up when they said the would, cost agreed and booked online, really good service 👍

Staff made it a straightforward transaction due to their friendly and business approach to what I required.

We hired a hydraulic log splitter and our overall experience was very good. We would have preferred the horizontal model to the vertical version that was delivered but it did the job.
Our selected hire period was changed due to the royal funeral arrangements, but the communication was good and our task was not unduly affected.
We experienced a minor operational difficulty which was promptly attended to by an immediate call-out - brilliant service!
