Incompetent Manager
Hire cost was agreed at £100 + VAT
Charged £160 + VAT
Arrived a day after I booked it with the new Manager Kim. I only started using you again after speaking with the previous manager Paul. Who stuck to his word. He's left and Yet again this company has hired an incompetent manager!
Go elsewhere it's easier!

Overcharged items bought in store and online
They mixed up items bought in store and items bought online, charging me the higher price in each case. Oddly enough, I was never charged the lower of the two prices, always the (substantially) higher of the two.

Don't use
They aren't as cheap as they advertise. As others have said on here, when they are due to collect, they don't turn up. Apparently our collection wasn't on record.. We were told they would collect first thing the next day, no show. I called to chase collection, I was told no eta was available. I then said, we weren't waiting for them, they would need to call us and give us an hours notice when they wanted to collect their equipment. They are so cheap maybe because people only use them once?
They came to collect today, only after I had made comments on here and told them I would have to leave the item outside. As I wasn't prepared to wait inside for them for a third day. They didn't give us an hours notice (as previously agreed) instead 15 minutes after they told me they were on their way, they were here to collect item. They seem to be short staffed and very disorganised. So my advice is be careful who you hire from.
