Now we are lumberjacks
The log splitter we hired was effective and easy to use. It’s just as well it was delivered as it was large and very heavy.
It would have been helpful to have known drop off and pickup time slots; although to be fair I didn’t ask.

Excellent customer service.
Hired a stump grinder for the weekend, had a couple of minor issues with the machine while it was on hire to be expected. The customer service and response was excellent, could not be faulted.

Ordered on line when come to collet tool it wasn't available had to re schedule for the following week.
Staff in shop were very polite despite not having equipment available.

Wrong Item - No Communication
Went to collect my item first thing this morning, only to find out that they had been sent the wrong one by their Edinburgh branch. I was meant to receive a phone call yesterday, which didn't happen. What's worse is that I was told it wasn't the first time that branch has sent them the wrong item. Get your act together guys, communicate! I've now got a bank holiday weekend where I can't continue with my project. Disappointed to say the least.

Excellent service and extremely helpful
They were so helpful on the telephone when I had a few issues and this was rectified immediately (issues at my end, not Brandon Hire). We will definitely be using them again and would strongly recommend them.

Really accommodating store...
I can't fault any of the lads I dealt with at the Boro store. I had a challenge replacing the blade on the plunge saw I hired for one of my own and one of the chaps kindly sorted this for me. Additionally they found me a set of clamps to assist with holding the guide rail down without me even asking for them.
