Finally not sticky at the nozzle

Already tossed the last repair bottle I had because the tip kept clogging up—this one, kept squeezing, and the fluid came out in an even flow every time. The bottle even feels a bit weightier, which actually helps with grip. Little things, big difference.

Good looking watch, but watch face has issues

The watch looks good, but the watch face has sharp edges and the metal watch band also has cheap, sharp edges with a poor finish. It is easy to navigate and quite impressive, but the packaging is not like shown in the ad. I hope this helps—it's an honest review.

I ordered 2 beautiful watches ⌚️ by mistake instead of one. So got in contact with this company and just want to say customer service was absolutely brilliant. They took one of right away, plus refunded me right back. Would definitely order from this company again. And the watch is absolutely perfect and so pretty.

ORDER ONE BE CHARGED FOR TWO

do not trust this company I ordered one Item and paid through paypal I then received the order details and they had chqatrged me for 2 items not one so I asked them to send the one item and refund the payment taken in error. I received nothing lodged disputes with Paypal so they informed me that they had stopped the delivery which they previously informed had been sent despite my contacting them within minutes of receiving their confirmation of the charge for 2 items. I replied that they could send my the correct order of 1 item and refund the other item which theynhave ignored they are now sernding me emails telling me to close the Paypal dispute and they will then refund however they know that if I did that and they did not repay then I would loose all my money and that is not going to happen it appears that they want me to loose my paypal protection and that is not on its a simple thing to resolve, they mistakenly 'I'm being nice here'. took a second payment they are totally in the wrong so I hope this serves as a warning to others edit added, I have now been forced to block these peoples emails due to bouncing back a repeated emails but never a comment feels like harassment. thankfully PayPal saw through these people who are despicable mbe Warned in reply to the freply from this horrible companyt they ignmored every email sent they ignored paypal never repondrd to anyone never dsought to resolve anything so Paypal; toojk it pout of their hands and noiw that they have seen my report they will resolve tnings right away no they made the mistake of charging for 2 items instead of one they cancelled the order that they took for 2 items and did NOT refund it so they come on here just to cover up their horrible nasty way of ignoring ever email sent to them , I would rather lose the money than do anything that would put anyone else in the same position as i was in YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED anytime I see one of their adverts I will be right onto it warning people, two can play at their game and people will be told about this at every opportunity. and their reply Dear Customer is a joke and an insult.

Sturdy

It arrived well packaged and with all that i needed to fix to my car. Delivery time was quite long but other than that all is good.
It's robust, easy to fit and I am pleased with the purchase.

Part was missing from my order, no means of contacting them other than via an automated email system which just bounces back the same bland message. Avoid! Spend your money elsewhere.

Do not buy anything from this company. Please note there is no contact telephone number, only an automated email which sends the same response to any complaint. There is no customer service at all.
I have reported this company to trading standards and my bank, for fraudulent selling.They even ask you not to put out negative reviews. I repeat do not part with any money to this company.

I bought what was advertised as a Laser…

I bought what was advertised as a Laser spirit level, to have a level delivered without the laser, plus the display screen is so feint you have to look really hard to see that ii is switched on I have been in contact through e-mail with this company many times to receive the same response. "We have received your e-mail and will be in touch".
Do not buy anything from this company, it's cheap and not sold as advertised.

Item delivered not as advertised

I bought what was advertised as a Laser spirit level, to have a level delivered without the laser. I have been in contact through e-mail with this company 10 times to receive the same response. "We have received your e-mail and will be in touch".
I also put a review on Facebook, and I did get a response asking me not to put negative reviews on!! Do not buy anything from this company, it's cheap and not sold as advertised.

I bought a cordless pressure washer…

I bought a cordless pressure washer from this company after reading on the advert that it was made in Germany so expected it to be a better product than the usual Chinese stuff. The advert showed it stripping off dirt with ease. I wanted it to clean my conservatory windows and frames.
In the ad, it showed it coming in a carry case but it arrived just in a cardboard box, no case. The soap bottle was squashed and split so unable to attach it to the 'gun'. I charged the battery ready to use the next day. I set up the bucket of water and got everything ready. Oh what a disappointment, the so called jet spray was pathetic. It didn't even clean the dirt off the glass absolutely useless.
I have now sent this rip off company 6 emails asking for a returns label and a full refund but the only replies I'm receiving is more promotional rubbish. 🤬🤬
AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU!@

Ordered a small digital spirit level…

Ordered a small digital spirit level with laser function -their promotional reel stated that the spirit level had a magnet on all four sides and a horizontal dual laser function. The unit I eventually received only had a magnet on one side and no laser function. I emailed their customer service team and to date have had no response other than an automated acknowledgment. Suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

Probably drop shipping.

This company seems to be registered in USA but the product / excuses for no product come from China. Looks like this is a drop shipping situation. (Drop shipping is a form of retail business in which the seller accepts customer orders without keeping stock on hand). I ordered a spirit level and was told they have no stock & can I wait 3 days for new stock. All the while I am being spammed by the same company to buy more items, especially the same level that they cannot supply. Their paypal id is "Household Products".
