If there’s a zero I would rate it as so , I made my order over 4 months ago, when they were late I wrote several emails and their reply was we know how frustrating it is to wait for long but it would reach , now and since 2 months they even stopped replying to my emails

These glasses are a total rip-off scam. They are cheaply made reading glasses. I've contacted the company 20+ times about their money back, satisfaction guaranteed policy.
I've gotten no response.

What a load of crap! It doesn’t work even remotely close as described. Cheap, plastic - I put it straight in the bin. Don’t waste your money on this fake garbage.

Zero stars. The glasses are throwaway. Not even useful as reading glasses. They should not be allowed to sell on Facebook.

After one month I’ve received a plastic bubble envelope with the cheapest plastic pair of ‘glasses’ with a sticker +4 on it.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE !

If I can give no star, I would. That’s exactly how bad this is. Placed the order on 2/11/26, Shipping took forever and when it said “delivered”on 3/12/26, there’s no package at all!! I did not receive anything!! Super disappointing and it’s ridiculous!! Don’t ever buy anything from this company

Should have known (or should have checked) beforehand - the glasses arrived after quite a while, they are some cheap, Chinese rubbish, with +2.5 dioptrin stickers on them - of course they don't behave like advertised - obviously, not really recommended :-))))

I placed an order and paid for it, and two months later I have received absolutely nothing. No product, no proper update, no customer support response — nothing.

They sent me a courier tracking number just to make it look legitimate, but after about a month the tracking suddenly showed “returned to sender because customer refused / did not order.” That is a blatant lie. I am the customer and nobody ever contacted me. No phone call, no delivery attempt, no message, nothing at all.

This looks like a fake shipment trick used by scam websites so they can pretend something was shipped and avoid responsibility.

I tried contacting them several times and their so-called customer service is completely useless. No reply, no explanation, no solution. At this point it’s obvious that once they get your money, they simply disappear.

Honestly, I doubt there is even a real company behind Braxora. It feels like a shady operation designed to take people’s money and send fake tracking numbers.

Do NOT fall for this. Do NOT order from Braxora.
If you value your money, stay far away from this scam.

There are plenty of legitimate companies selling glasses — this is clearly not one of them.

My order was supposedly shipped through DHL Express on Feb 7, 2026 via this tracking number SYRM161948743. The tracking number is invalid and there is no communication from the customer despite numerous reminder mails. It's a fraud company

The glasses are not fit for purpose. What the company state in their marketing as to what the glasses can do is nowhere near what they actually do. They do not self adjust. They are flimsy and cheap. They do not respond to emails regarding their product or their refund/returns policy. I've had my fingers burned please don't let it happen to you too.

This is a scam. Recieved a cheap $4.00 reading glasses made of flimsy plastic. Does not do as advertised. Would not recommend anyone to buy. Big disappointment. Does not even deserve the 1 star review.

This is a scam ... This company never responds to messages. Goods have been paid for but never delivered. No response... this is a SCAM and FB should not allow them to use their platform! BUYER BEWWARE OF BRAXORA!!!!

These glasses are no better than the ones you would by in B&M's. Came in cheap packaging and not as robust as advertised. They even arrived with +4 on the lens!!!! Cheap horrible plastic. Tries to complain no response. Not fit for purpose. Please do not buy these glasses. Complete scam.

Efter at have modtaget varen, og jeg ikke kunne bruge briller, kontakte jeg først support de henviste mig til mail adressen.jeg har skrevet at jeg ikke kunne bruge brillerne, og vil gerne returnere varen, og have mine penge tilbage.

Beware....Awful cheap quality...incorrect lens sent, tried contacting them, no replies (e mail / tel ) A big SCAM!

Arrived in a timely manner but the supposedly multifocal glasses were a very cheap +4 glasses which are of absolutely no use to me at all. I should have read the dismal reviews on here first.

Paid £25 for a pair of glasses that don't do what they claim to do. Tried requesting information to get a full refund and have been completely ignored to the point where they are in breach of the consumer rights act and the only move now available is to report them to trading standards. Don't waste you money on this scam...
