Terrible service
I cancelled this renew breakdown policy. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get this done. They said it was. Then they still took the money from my account.
Although you answered this time within two minutes, if you go through your recordings a month ago, you will see that my call was never answered so I had to recall the sales to get my call actioned. Then after that, your company still didn't get my cancellation completed, hence you taking my renewal again.

I don't think so!
I don't think so. Customer service completely automated and useless. I would say AI generated but I don't think this company could stretch that far. Abysmal service. Avoid. God only knows what hell would be unleashed if you needed this company in a roadside breakdown.
