Hi Stephen,
We appreciate your feedback. While our team is always happy to help with any questions, UK breakdown policies cannot be upgraded to include European cover after purchase. This means a new policy needs to be arranged online if European cover is required.
We understand this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
Kind regards,
Anna
