Apalling Customer Service
Arranged an appointment with a guy called Paul for 12. By 1, he'd not turned up. I rang his mobile 3 times, with no reply. Eventually, after an hour and a half, I managed to contact him on the landline. He said he'd had an emergency callout, but couldn't explain why he didn't phone or text us to say he was going to be late or reschedule, instead leaving us hanging for over an hour and a half. He offered to come round the next day, but I said that if he couldn't even keep an appointment (or at least text/phone us to reschedule) then he obviously can't be trusted to do the work. I stand by that. Appalling customer service.
