To clarify, once your order had been dispatched it was not possible to cancel it immediately. However, as soon as we received your request, we contacted the courier to arrange a recall. The parcel has since been successfully returned.
At present, we’re unable to issue the refund directly because a chargeback has been opened with your payment provider. When a chargeback is initiated, the transaction is placed under review by the bank, which temporarily prevents us from processing a standard refund on our side.
Our customer support team has contacted you with the necessary information to help resolve this. Once the chargeback process is updated or closed by your payment provider, we will be able to proceed accordingly.
Regarding the review reminder emails, these are typically sent automatically by the review platform after a purchase and are not manually triggered by us.
