I don’t brew often but Brew Day! carry a wide range of malts perfect for my all grain brewing for special occasions such as Christmas. Order dealt with efficiently and order arrived in good time.

Decent Homebrewing shop

Website was easy to use, and I got my items by the time that was stated. I can't complain really. they have a decent range of stuff for homebrewing

Top lads

Ordered a couple of glass flasks from the guys on next day delivery.
I then got a phone call saying a member of their team would drop my kit off personally "Because they didn't want to run the risk of them getting damaged in shipping"

Sadly disappointing overall

Sadly disappointing overall. I have been brewing beer and wine from kits for 45 years or so, this was my first purchase from this company and was an order of over £200 of wine and beer kits. My order arrived in a large box but on opening the box there was a carnage of beer kits bags of grape juice and wine kit packaging that looked as if the whole thing had been placed in a concrete mixer for an hour. Having sorted through everything none of the grape juice bags had been punctured and all the ingredients were there. There was simply not enough internal packaging materials within the outer box, almost none. Therefore there was no restraint of the products within the box and they all smashed together. Unfortunately two of the kit I ordered were missing and there was no indication anywhere that there should have been another delivery box. Having contacted Matt with pictures he stated that there should have been another box in the delivery.
Having waited for the delivery company to follow their standard lost parcel process for a couple of days, replacements for the missing kits were dispatched and received. The packaging of these replacements was also quite poor.
In summary, the prices were fair, the customer service from Matt was courteous but the packaging of deliveries was poor.
