Accidentally ordered the wrong bag. Contacted them and returned it and the expedited getting me the correct bag. This is the third Brew Bag I have bought for various systems. Quality second to none! I love these bags!

Custom fit durable easy to clean, best brew bag ever

I ordered this item for the basket of my Mash & Boil to better filter when mashing and sparging grains. The bag fits perfectly in the basket, and there less grain material in the wort.

I ordered the wrong product due to my own ignorance. I was contacted the same day to verify I indeed wanted that particular product. The service department went into detail about size, mesh, and what was needed to make sure I was getting the product I needed. My original purchase was “Way Off”!!!

Love it! This bag is awesome. It increases the capacity of my system over the manufactures' grain basket and it filters the grain bed like a champ! I'm very impressed with the quality of my brew bag. Thanks!

Very sturdy brew bag!

A 60 to 90 lb dog places to much weight on the release mechanism. You are forced to use pliers to release the mechanism. Plus, the instructions had no diagram or link to a video to show how the unit works. I had to do this by trial and error with weights. Rachet was awesome, though.
