Extremely poor experience, sounds like a fake company to me. I ordered some products, then realised that my Google addresses was previous one, so thought of changing the address and then it starts my painful journey with these guys, no genuine phone number to call anyone, left email but no response, the only reply was on the chat came after 4 hours and not even close to satisfactory. Lost money, product gone and feels so disappointed. I would recommend avoid them, look like a proper scam.

I put in a request to return. They said someone would get back to me within 48hours - which seemed like a long time anyway for a professional company. 48 hours have passed. I tried to contact them via chat - but had no response from them. I tried phoning - leave a message and we'll get back to you within 3 days. I spent over £80 and so I'd expect something simple like a return code could be provided within 48 hours. I sense stalling and a one man band with a good website.

There is a reddish mark inside the boiler of the electric moka, visible only on one side. I am not sure whether this is caused by the gasket or by the boiler not being properly sealed, but it is a defect and it affects the safety of the product. I have asked for a refund and they didn’t care even to respond. Will take legal action.

Shockingly bad. Ordered Bialetti X Dolce&Gabbana Blue Mediterranean Gift Set and a matching tin on 24th September, 24 hours later I get an email stating their was a mistake on their website and sold something not in stock and would I be willing to wait until wk com 6th October, I agreed. The lack of updates and constant chasing is beyond a joke, now they have found one in another warehouse and if I wait another week… no thanks, why would I want a return you are fobbing off on me. Turns out, they didn't have that 1 in stock, just lies after lies.

The funny thing about this business, they sign off email with Mario.... Nothing Italian about this business.

The worst bit this is meant to be Bialetti authorised seller, it has put me off the brand with the poor level of service.

Just another UK business where they do little and pay a pittance to a distributor, when things go well they milk the profits, when wrong they are slow to respond.

Bialetti handle broke after a few months of use. My wife sent them an email about it and had no reply 10 days later despite their website saying they respond within 2 days. Very poor.

We purchased an 8-cup Bialetti cafetiere a few years ago from John Lewis. Normal replacement glass jugs from other manufacturers which fit our other Cafetieres, are too wide for Bialetti Cafetieres so we ordered 2 replacement Bialetti glass jugs from Brew Italia. They arrived this morning branded Bialletti on the side. They do not fit. They are exactly the same size as normal jugs. Beware!!!

I placed an order for an electric moka pot and some coffee with brew italia as no other supplier was as good with pricing. Delivery was free. It was dispatched quickly and an email with the tracking number was sent so I could track. As it is a gift I was worried about how long it would take but it will come in good time. I recommend them.

State that they price match, spoiler alert they don’t!! Submitted price match & they just used a series of weak excuses denying price match then stopped replying altogether. No phone number, no live chat? Never had any intention of price matching, untrustworthy cowboys/girls!
