I rang BKT to get advice about the dimensions of a heating element. They got one out of it's box and measured it for me. They went out of their way to assist and advise so that I could make an informed purchase. I ordered one and I received it 3 days later and I am in the North West Highlands of Scotland! I have purchased items from this company before over the past 2 or 3 years and each time the level of customer service has been exemplary. Why can't all companies be like BKT?

All I can say is why did I wait so long!!!
Saw these on pre order, having 2 PD machines & able to get kegs of Hawkstone I thought why not.
Delivery day arrived, no issues. Came to set up and found the gas line was missing!! Disappointment is an understatement!! One phone call and the missing gas line dispatched for next day delivery.
All connected, couple of small leaks from the pre assembled tap unit, but all sorted.
Great company & customer service.
Get one , you will not regret it.

I phoned the company to receive advice on a keg setup for our microbrewery. Jonny could not have been more helpful and the kit arrived as specified.
Overall a great experience.

I bought an all-in-one brewing system (Brewzilla gen 4.1), checked all the usual outlets but BKT were the most competitive inclusive of delivery. Everything was straightforward and items were delivered next working day. Would highly recommend.

Been a customer of BrewKegTap now for some time, always received excellent customer service. The last order was no exception, I had a small issue with one of the kegs, a quick email was all it took to get a very quick response and a choice of solutions. Picked an exchange keg which could not have gone any smoother with the process. Very happy with everything.

Ordered a fermzilla and 2x 10L standard condition reconditioned kegs and accessories, arrived next day (well, half did, but that was DPD's fault)! I did have to get in touch as one of the kegs had a small weld, this was quickly resolved and a replacement was received next day.
