The content delivered is excellent and Qs always get answered when you’re on a live call (which in my time zone is usually 4 am) which I attend because I’m unsure when I’ll get to watch replays which obviously don’t give you the ability to ask live questions –however I don’t get responses to my emails so support is poor bringing my review down from 5 to 4 stars. Hopefully that will change ;-)

I bought the Brian Tracy AI Edition of “How to Write a Book" in Oct 2024 and it's now May 2025. It's a great program that includes both Brian Tracy's "How to Write a Book" non-AI writing course with videos and the AI Edition which regular provides updated custom GPTs for ChatGPT written by Lanny Morton, an active community and monthly meetings led by Lanny. It's been great for getting me into writing books with AI and it's been a fantastic experience. I never would have gotten so far without this!

Yes I used to listen audio books by Brian Tracy while commuting to work, but indeed... it was procrastination.

Very unprofessional service, no reply from support after repeated follow ups.
Can't trust such people

Worst online customer experience. I requested a refund in Dec and nobody responds for 2 weeks. I contacted all of their channels but nobody responds or confirms..their phone number plays either out of office or busy at the moment. Emails don't get any responses. They post on social media every day but no one cares my comments. Never seen this level of unprofessional yet they talk about business success.. so ridiculous. Even an individual selling a plastic clip would work better than this guys.

I filed a refund request on the 30 December 2023. No response whatsoever since then even though I made multiple follow-ups on my request.

Brian Tracy International is a Personal Development goldmine. I have purchased many of Brian's books and audio programs and all of them have helped me to improve some aspect of my life. I cannot recommend Brian Tracy highly enough. On a personal note: Brian is one of the most gracious and kind people that I have ever met.
